This information was released before the Labor Day weekend, when State Highway Safety Offices are joining forces with law enforcement officers across the country to take part in the national “Drunk Driving. Over the Limit. Under Arrest.” This year, increased awareness is focused on women, who represent a growing percentage of drunk drivers.
