Virginia Wine and Garlic Festival 2008
Garlic and wine enthusiasts from around the region and state gathered at Rebec Vineyards in Amherst this weekend to celebrate the odiferous bulb. Overheard on the way into the Garlic festival: “I don’t wanna sign up for any door prizes — just give me my wineglass!” Of course, that person would be confronted with garlic as well as a few other entertainments this weekend.
