The Virginia Alternative and Renewable Energy Association (VA-AREA) announced today their speaker lineup for the inaugural Virginia Alternative & Renewable Energy Conference (VA-REC), scheduled for November 12-13 in Richmond, Virginia at the Omni Hotel.
The VA-AREA (www.va-area.org) is a business trade organization whose mission is to promote the development, commercialization and use of renewable energy. VA-AREA is poised to energize the growing renewable energy industry, elevate public awareness and engineer a discussion about the future of renewable energy in Virginia.
Ken Hutcheson, President of VA-AREA said, “November’s conference will reinvigorate the discussion of what the Commonwealth can do from a policy perspective to attract more renewable energy investment, manufacturing, jobs and production to Virginia.
