The Department of Homeland Security will be hosting its first ever Veterans only Job Fair on July 17th, 2009 from 10 am to 2pm at the Grand Hyatt, Constitution Room A on Level 3B, 1000 H St., NW Washington, DC. The Job Fair is open to all Current or soon to be Transitioning Active Duty Military, Retirees, Veterans, Reserves, National Guard and Spouses.
This will be a great opportunity for all of you to meet one on one with DHS recruiters from all of the Departments Component Agencies under one roof. The representing components are: United States Secret Service (USSS), Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE), Customs & Border Protection (CBP), Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS), and the United States Coast Guard (USCG). Headquarters Agencies also representing are Science and Technology, Office of Health Affairs, Office of Intelligence & Analysis, Office of the Inspector General, Office of Procurement and many more.
